In addition to chartering activities Transworld Marine Express also undertakes vessel operations/ management of time charterered vessels on behalf of major clients. As far as possible Transworld Marine Express assumes the role of the shipping department for our clients thereby reducing their costs associated with chartering activities. In these cases very little paperwork needs to reach the charterer's office enabling the management to eliminate the overhead that a separate shipping department would incur.
